City Wide Garage sales

    Lancaster's City Wide Garage Sale has been scheduled for Friday, May 2nd &  Saturday, May 3rd.  Get your sale on the map so everyone can easily find you and know what you are selling!

    REGISTRATION and PAYMENT IS ONLINE ONLY. Registration is open now through April 20th.  If you register after April 20th location can be found on the online map but will not make the newspaper ad.

    Once you are registered  the Lancaster Chamber email you with your printable yard number the week of the event. If you would rather to pick up your yard number please contact the chamber to schedule a time.
    Clicking Submit will take you to our product page to pay for registering.
    Once you are registered you will receive an email from the Lancaster Chamber with your printable yard number
    (EMAIL WILL COME THE WEEK OF EVENT).
    Registration Deadline is April 20 th
City of Lancaster Signage Regulations - Signs advertising garage, yard or rummage sales shall be subject to the following:
A. Such signs shall be freestanding and shall not exceed two square feet in size.
B. No signs shall be placed within the area of any public lands or right-of-way.
C. Such signs shall not be located on utility poles, signposts, traffic control devices, public trees or shrubs.
D. No more than three signs may be used for any sale and no more than one sign per yard shall be permitted, except that two signs shall be permitted on corner lots, one facing each street.
E. Such signs may be displayed only between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the date of sale.
F. All signs, no matter where placed, must be removed within 24 hours of the close of the sale by the owner of the property where the sale was located.
