UTV/ATV Scavenger Hunt
The Lancaster Chamber is excited to announce they will be hosting a NEW UTV/ATV Scavenger Hunt event on August 10th. Grab your team of four and get ready for a day filled with memories that will last a life time!
Registration will begin at 11am at Doolittle's Pub & Eatery in Lancaster. The Scavenger Hunt will begin at 12pm and run until 5pm. You and your team must meet back at Doolittle's by 5pm to have your items checked while you wait grab a drink and a bite to eat. Event winners will be announced and then starting at 7pm there will be live music by the band Retra! $15 per person to register with one free designated driver per four man team. Other vehicles are welcome. UTV/ATV are not required to participate. |
Event Rules
All teams must have at least 2 members and no more than 4 members.
The entry fee is $15 per person. Entry fees are non-refundable. Each of 4 team gets one free designated driver.
Teams must stay together during the Scavenger Hunt.
Each team must have a licensed driver with a valid driver’s license and follow all UTV/ATV traffic laws. The City has extended the ordinance that UTV/ATV’s must be out of city limits or safely parked by midnight for this event only.
A UTV/ATV is not required to participate in the Scavenger Hunt.
Teams must have a cell phone or camera to take photos of items. All photos must be on one device.
All but one team member must be in all photos.
Each team will be given a list of items at the beginning of the scavenger hunt. All of the items will have a number value ranging from 1-10. It will be up to the teams to decide which items they choose to find. All items do not have to be found to qualify.
Teams will be scored on the total point value of each item found. Item values will be determined based on the difficulty of the item/task.
The Scavenger Hunt begins at 12:00pm.
The deadline to check- in with your team is 5pm. Every minute past 5pm a point is deducted.
Any teams that check-in after 5:30pm will be disqualified.
Check-in with your full team is required located in the alley behind Doolittle’s.
Some items you will be required to wear, have with you or have a photo of. If items are not presented as requested no points will be given for that item.
Winners will be announced between 6-7pm at Doolittle’s Pub & Eatery. Cash Prizes will be given to 1st & 2nd place winners.
If there is any type of reckless driving, that team will be disqualified. All decisions in this matter will be final. Reckless driving, Damaging any property, Interfering with other teams or their members in any way or Stealing from other teams
